Richard Mattana

R. Mattana received the B.Sc. degree from the University of Paris-Sud, Paris, France, in 1998 and the Ph.D. degree from Unité Mixte de Physique, French National Center of Research (CNRS)-Thales, Palaiseau, France, in 2003. After receiving the Ph.D. degree in 2003, he became a Postdoc in Grenoble, France, for a research on ferromagnetic semiconductors. He is currently a Researcher in Unité Mixte de Physique, CNRS-Thales, working on problems of spin injection into semiconductors and on oxides for spintronics.
