Pierre-Olivier Amblard

Pierre-Olivier Amblard received the Ingénieur degree in electrical engineering from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, Grenoble, France, in 1990, the M.Sc. degree (DEA) in signal processing and the Ph.D. (Doctorat) degree from INPG, in 1990 and 1994, respectively, and the Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches in 2001. Since 1994, he has been with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, Paris, France, where he is a Directeur de Recherche. He is with GIPSAlab, Grenoble, France. From 2010 to 2013, he was in secondment with the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Melbourne, Melbourne, VIC, Australia. His research interests include statistical signal processing, non-stationary signal processing, applications of signal processing in physics, and neuroscience.
