Shuping Peng

Shuping Peng (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in physics from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in communications and information systems from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2010. She is a Principal Engineer and a Datacom Standards Representative with Huawei Technologies, Beijing, China. She was deeply involved in European projects FP7, Horizon 2020, 5GPPP, and so on. She has published over 100 technical papers, Google scholar citations 2066, H-index 26, and i10-index 46. Dr. Peng is serving as an IETF DISPATCH WG Co-Chair, a GENDISPATCH WG Co-Chair, a SPRING WG Secretary, a CCSA TC3WG2 Deputy Director, and a TPC member and guest editor for IEEE/ACM conferences and journals.
