I'm a computational biologist with a background primarily in statistical machine learning and probabilistic data modeling. My work focuses on the design of mathematical models that leverage known biochemical principles to facilitate decision-making from limited data in modern biomedical research applications. Currently, my lab is focused on the analysis of regulatory variation in the genome and transcriptome-assisted rare disease diagnostics.
