Paul A. Hubanks

Paul A. Hubanks received the B.S. degree in mathematics from the University of Georgia, Athens, GA, USA, in 1979, and the M.S. degree in meteorology from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA, in 1981. He has more than 30 years of experience in satellite and aircraft data analysis and evaluation, solar and terrestrial research, scientific algorithm development and verification, software design-development-maintenance, data visualization, data analysis, and data management. In addition, he is an expert in designing and engineering state-of-the-art web sites and optimizing graphics and image data for the web, including the MODIS atmosphere web site. He is currently with Wyle Information Systems LLC, Lanham, MD, USA.
