My main research interest is in Neuroinformatics. The main goal is to understand how computational learning methods might improve the interpretation of neuroscientific data and to understand structure and function of the human brain. I investigated multimodal neuroimaging data such as diffusion MRI (dMRI), functional MRI (fMRI), magnetoencephalography (MEG), electroencephalogram (EEG), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). The latest novelty is the use of brain photogrammetry for ex-vivo white matter dissection. I strongly pursue an interdisciplinary approach by collaborations with both in cognitive and clinical neuroscientists. I devote special attention in adopting and supporting the best practices of Open Science.
