Oliver Faust completed his first degree in Germany at a private university of applied science, in 2001, then received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, U.K., in 2006. He worked for two years as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same institution. Subsequently, he moved to Belgium to work for one year in a private company as a Hardware Researcher. Currently, he is Visiting faculty at Ngee Ann Polytechnic University, Singapore. There he pursues his research interests of digital communication, nonlinear and cognitive signal processing.
