Bio

Nicolas Garcelon has an engineer degree in agronomy (2000) and a PhD in public health medical informatics (2017). He has been working in the medical field for 18 years. From 2001 to 2012, he worked in the medical information department of Rennes University Hospital. Since 2012, he directs the data science platform of the Imagine Institute. He is also a researcher in the INSERM team "Information Sciences to support Personalized Medicine". Nicolas Garcelon develops software for clinicians and researchers to facilitate the capture and visualization of medical data. He developed Dr. Warehouse® software, released as an open source since September 2017. Dr. Warehouse is a biomedical data warehouse that allows physicians to visualize and analyze patient data intuitively and efficiently.
