My clinical work experience includes caring for neonates and children. My PhD work was on Preterm nutrition. I have been involved in several research projects; collaborate regularly and extensively with the Ethiopian pediatric society in preparing guidelines, giving trainings and supportive supervision. I have served at different leadership positions, department head, postgraduate director at the institute of health and now vice president for research at Jimma University.
