Mohammed Salih

Mohammed Salih received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mosul, Iraq, in 1993, the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kassel, Kassel, Germany, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic and electrical engineering from the University of Leeds, Leeds, U.K., in 2011. He works currently as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the University of Leeds, Leeds, U.K. His research interests include the fabrication and characterization of terahertz quantum cascade lasers.
