Ming-Wei Liu(刘明伟)

Ming-Wei Liu received the B.S. and the M.S. degrees from the Department of Electronics Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, HsinChu, Taiwan, in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, in 2011. In summer 2007, he was Member of Technical Staff at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs, Holmdel and Murray Hill, NJ, where he made contributions to network reliability estimation. He was a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Electronics Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, from 2004 to 2005. His current research interests include physical layer communications, specific emitter identification, emitter tracking, low power algorithms, and sensor fusion.
