Michael Pusch

Michael Pusch received the Diploma degree and the Ph.D. degree in physics from Göttingen University, Göttingen, Germany, in 1987 and 1990, respectively. He held postdoctoral positions at the University of Genoa, Genoa, Italy, and at the Center for Molecular Neurobiology (ZMNH), Hamburg University, Hamburg, Germany. He is currently a Research Scientist at the Institute of Biophysics, Italian Research Council, Genoa. His major interest is the experimental study of biophysical mechanisms of ion channels and transporters, including CLC proteins and voltage-gated cation channels.
