Zhang Meixiangreceived the Bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from South-Central University for Nationalities, Wuhan, China, in 2009. She received the M.E and Ph.D degrees in Electronics Engineering from Chonbuk National University, Korea, in 2012 and 2015, respectively. She is now a Lecturer in Yangzhou University, China. Her research interests include forward error correction coding schemes and coded MIMO schemes for satellite and wireless communications.
