Dr. Ketchen has 45 issued or pending patents , 185 publications and is co-author of Microelectronic Test Structures for CMOS Technology and CMOS Test and Evaluation: A Physical Perspective, published by Springer in 2011 and 2014. He is a Life Fellow of the IEEE and of the American Physical Society, and received the American Institute of Physics Prize for Industrial Applications of Physics and the IEEE Leeds award, both recognizing advances in superconducting device technology.
