Bio
I'm currently investigating genetic engineering of ligno-cellulosic biomass to improve the transformation efficiency of this renewable resource into Biofuels and Biomaterials, using Arabidopsis and Hybrid Poplars as models. I rely on a strong toolbox of microscopy skills (Confocal, TEM, Cryo-SEM, along with histology preparation) and a broad collaborative network to ensure the success of this project on other aspects (biochemical and in muro polymer to polymer interactions).
