Matthew Ellis’s research interests include addiction medicine and the intersection of co-morbid conditions such as mental health, chronic pain, infections and associated behaviors, and their impact on substance use and treatment. In addition, Ellis is interested in sexual and gender minority health research in the context of minority stress. He is an instructor for the Project Management in Clinical and Community Settings in the Applied Health Behavioral Research graduate program.
