Martin Diewald

I graduated in Sociology (Master of Arts) at University of Bielefeld in 2016. Currently I work as fellow researcher on the German TwinLife Study and at the Faculty of Sociology at the University of Bielefeld, Germany. I generally research social inequalities with focus on education and sex differences. As member of the German TwinLife Study, I focus my analyses on the differentiation of genetic and environmental effects and gene-environment interaction. I'm currently working on an article, in which I study sex differences in leisure time activities with analysing a different scope of unfolding genetic potential due to parental restrictions based on sex-related norms and stereotypes.
