Manasee Choudhury

I'm a researcher in molecular biology, genetics and seri-biotechnology. I have expertise in genomics of muga silkworm, genomics of pigs, phylogenetics, molecular analysis of fertility, gene expression study, bioinformatics and silico genomics. I have gained additional experience in infrared thermographic analysis of livestock animals for disease detection. Apart from this, I have strong background in characterization of silk/animal fiber that includes FTIR, TGA, DSC, XRD, GC-MS and LC-MS.
