Main interests: Facilitating machine learning and deep learning from clinical data and imaging for outcome prediction, linking patient portals, EHRs, raw data (scans, genetics), clinical information systems, data from clinical research and clinical trials to realize the goals of precision medicine with integrated CDS (Clinical Decision Support), for better patient care.

Specialties: radiation oncology data, radiotherapy and radiology imaging, Semantic DICOM, data architecture for data quality, accessibility, interoperability, integration, stewardship, and data sharing (also within the enterprise). Use of W3C standards such as Semantic Web technology stack for linking data in the health care and life sciences domains.
