Massimo Gaspari

I work in the field of Theoretical and Computational Astrophysics, focusing on the formation and evolution of galaxies, groups, clusters, and SMBHs. I love to study the astrophysics of AGN feedback, diffuse plasmas, and multiphase gas. I primarily develop and carry out 3D high-resolution MHD simulations via massively parallel supercomputing. I love to use simulations as controlled astrophysical experiments to interpret multiwavelength observations and to probe new physical models.
