M. D. Calzada

María Dolores Calzada received the M.S. degree in physics and the Ph.D. degree in plasma physics from the University of Seville, Seville, Spain, in 1981 and 1994, respectively. Since 1994, she has been with the Department of Physics, University of Córdoba, Córdoba, Spain, where she has been a Professor since 1997. She is currently Head of the Plasma Spectroscopy Group, University of Córdoba. Her research interests are the implementation of new spectroscopy methods to study atmospheric pressure discharges and the application of these plasmas into hydrogen production, analytical chemistry, food conservation, and material treatment.
