Bio
Łukasz Śliwczyński (Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the AGH University of Science and Technology, Kraków, Poland, in 1993 and 2001, respectively.
He was working on various high-speed transmitters and receivers for digital fiber optic transmission systems. Since about ten years, he has been working on precise time and frequency transfer systems exploiting optical fibers. He has authored or coauthored more than 70 articles in journals and conference proceedings.
