Ling Liu

Ling Liu received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2008, the M.S. degree in electronic engineering from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in communication and signal processing from the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department, Imperial College London, London, U.K., in 2016. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, Guangdong. His research interests include coding theory, information theory, and machine learning.
