Lixuan Chen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in optics from the School of Science, Beijing Jiaotong University, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics with the Joint Program of Peking University and Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. His research interests are quantum dots modulation under electric field and applied optical devices with nano crystals.
