Kun Zhang is an experienced materials scientist in the field of sustainable energy technology with a focus on fuel cell and hydrogen research. His research interest and current activities are optimisation of materials and components for the next generation of automotive Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cells (PEFCs), and coating development for the corrosion protection of metallic components in the Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs). Moreover, Kun is also involved in research projects on the development of SOFC cell components.
