Kevin K Ryu

Kevin Kyungbum Ryu (S'00) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, New York, NY, in 2003 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, in 2005 and 2009, respectively. He is currently with the Microsystems Technology Laboratory, MIT. His current research interests include the processing and the characterization of devices using novel materials such as graphene, organic, and metal–oxide thin-film transistors.
