Jutao Yang

Jutao Yang was born in Shaoyang, Hunan, China, in 1982. He received the Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2019. He is currently a Senior Engineer with the National Key Laboratory of Eletromagnetic Environment, China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation, Qingdao, China. He has authored or coauthored more than 20 journal and conference articles. He was mainly engaged in ionospheric and radio propagation related work.
