Bio
We disclose the structural and molecular basis of the catalytic mechanisms of enzymes, as a platform to design highly efficient biocatalysts with novel functionalities for biotechnology and synthetic biology. Current research focus on multidomain enzymes and multienzyme cascades to be used as catalytic nanomachines.
