个人简介
Expertise in electronic structure methods using empirical methods adapted to quantum nanostructures, light-matter interaction designing and modeling optical nanocavities, and electronic transport through drift-diffusion methods. Skills developed since my PhD in Physics at the University of Valencia where a custom code based on k·p and the configuration interaction method were developed. These tools have been developed in later years and used by PhD students and collaborators. Background complemented with experience in open-source and commercial software focused on research ecosystems, e.g. Nextnano++, TiberCAD, and JCMsuite which maintains a fluent collaboration through international projects. Development and automation are based on Python, C++, and Fortran2018 for HPC. Devices of interest are single- and entangled-photon sources, solar cells, and fJ/bit nanolasers.
