I am a synthetic chemist. I specialize in the synthesis of metal based inorganic chromophores. I work extensively with chromium based chromophores as well as rhenium and ruthenium photocatalysts which can be incorporated into solar devices and other future applications. In terms of my synthesis experience, I have a good understanding of coupling reactions such as Sonogashira Coupling and Suzuki Coupling. I have constructed a number of different ligands with these strategies.
