个人简介
Joel Reynolds is the Regional Biometrician and Landscape Ecologist with the U.S. National Park Service in Alaska. He held a term faculty position at UW's Dept. of Statistics in the late 1990s then moved to Alaska join his wife, a salmon ecologist who was already living and working there. Joel has worked in Alaska as a statewide / 'regional' biometrician for Alaska Department of Fish & Game's Gene Conservation Lab, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's National Wildlife Refuge System, and, now, the U.S. National Park Service. He also worked as Science Coordinator for the Western Alaska Landscape Conservation Cooperative, employing his expertise in applied science to advance climate change adaptation. Now he is in a job that lets him play both roles!
