Mainly focusing on 1) Identification of pathogenic fungi, bacteria and virus on some medicinal plants by morphological and molecular characteristics; 2) Diversity and function of endophytes from medicinal plants, which will be be analyzed by dependent-culture, metagenomic pyrosequencing and screening the existance of functional genes including PKS, NRPS genes, then the activity of anti-cancer, antimicrobe, growth-promoting of positive strains will be evaluated.
