My researches concern the synthesis and the characterization of new materials for aeronautic applications. I work on ceramic matrix composites which should work at high temperature. The new production and synthesis methods of these composites can imply the infiltration of liquid/gaseous species or the sintering of powder mixtures. The aim is to form composites with high chemical and mechanical stabilities. I also use thermodynamic calculations to identify promising chemical systems and synthesis
