My research interests reflect my academic background in psychology and criminology and my professional and personal experiences as a clinical and forensic psychologist with men and women with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

I am a Fellow of Lucy Cavendish College, a member of one of the three clinical themes, the Enduring Disabilities and/or Disadvantages Theme, which forms part of the NIHR’s CLAHRC for the East of England, and an ad hoc clinical advisor for the CQC and NHS England’s Care & Treatment Reviews.
