Ilkka Tittonen

Ilkka Tittonen received the M.Sc. and Dr. Tech. degrees from the Department of Technical Physics, Helsinki University of Technology (HUT), in 1988 and 1992, respectively. In 1997, he joined the Metrology Research Institute, Helsinki University of Technology, as a Senior Assistant. Since 2001, He has been a Professor in physics with Aalto University. His micro and quantum systems (MQS) research group is studying quantum optics, nanofabrication, and energy harvesting. For the years 1995–1997, he received the Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship from the University of Konstanz, Germany.
