Hongjiang Lei received the Ph.D degree in instrument science and technology from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, respectively. Since 2004, he has been with School of Communication and Information Engineering of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing, China, where he is currently an Associate Professor. Since 2016, he has been with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he is a postdoc fellow under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed-Slim Alouini. His research interest spans special topics in communications theory and signal processing, including secure communications, and cognitive radio. He has served as the reviewer for IEEE TVT, IEEE TCOM, IEEE TWC, IEEE TIFS, IEEEJSAC, IEEE Access, IEEE CL, IEEE WCL, etc.
