Holger Schlarb

Holger Schlarb received the Diploma degree in physics and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany, in 1997 and 2001, respectively. From 2002 to 2004, he held a Post-Doctoral position with Deutsches Elektronen Synchrotron (DESY), Hamburg. Since 2012, he has been fostering cutting-edge technology developments on the Telcom electronic crate standard MicroTCA and technology transfer to industry. Most recently, he investigates methods and techniques using machine learning applied to accelerator subsystem to optimize beam control and machine reliability.
