Heng Zhang (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2015. He was a Research Fellow with Western Sydney University, Sydney, NSW, Australia, from 2017 to 2018. His research interests include security and privacy in cyber–physical systems and control and optimization theory. Dr. Zhang is an editorial board member of several academic journals, including IET Wireless Sensor Systems, EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, and KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems. He is also the Guest Editor of the Journal of The Franklin Institute and Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications.
