个人简介
Keyvan Hashtrudi-Zaad (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada, in 2000. He then held a consulting position with Motion Metrics International Corporation, Vancouver, where he was on the development of a dynamic payload monitoring system for heavy duty hydraulic machines. In 2001, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Queen's University, Kingston, ON, Canada, where he is currently a Professor and the Director of Biorobotics Research Laboratory. His research interests include applications of control and intelligent systems in haptics, tele-rehabilitation, and self-driving. Dr. Hashtrudi-Zaad is currently an Associate Editor for IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters and the Chair of the IEEE World Haptics Conference (WHC) Steering Committee. He was the Co-Chair of IEEE WHC 2021 and an Associate Editor of for IEEE Transactions on Haptics.
