Dr Hailay Gesesew currently works as NHMRC Senior Research & Teaching Fellow at Torrens University Australia. Hailay does research in Medicine and Public Health which aims at improving HIV care continuum in Tigray (North Ethiopia) and other developing countries. Hailay is working on a five-year NHMRC project (2020-24) on peer educators and UNAIDS 90-90-90 in Tigray. More recently, Hailay is also interested in War and Public Health.
