I am interested in discovering the physiological roles, cellular and molecular basis of plant membrane transport and trafficking in plant growth and adaptation to different environment conditions. I will dissect these processes in following studies. 1. Plant proton pumps and pH-dependent vesicular sorting 2. ABC transporters and plant root development. 3. Cell wall in nutrient storage and plant growth. 4. Cell wall synthesis and cell-cell adhesion.
