Guojun Gu

Guojun Gu received the Ph.D. degree in meteorology and physical oceanography from Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS), University of Miami, Miami, FL, USA, in 2001. He is currently an Associate Research Scientist with the Earth System Science Interdisciplinary Center (ESSIC), University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA. His research interests include satellite precipitation analysis and validation, atmospheric convection and precipitation processes, and climate variability and change in precipitation and extreme events.
