Bio

Gizem Nogay received the M.Sc. degree in physics from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2013. She has been working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Switzerland, since 2014. In 2013, she joined the Photovoltaics and Thin-Film Electronics Laboratory, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. She did a six-month internship with the same laboratory. Her research interests include the development and optimization of passivating contacts for high-efficiency silicon-based solar cells.
