visiting Clinical Research Fellow, he further trained in clinical and experimental neurophysiology at the “Royal Victoria Infirmary” Hospital and the Department of Neuroscience, respectively, of the Newcastle University, Newcastle-upon-Tyne (UK). In 2013, his translational research project, titled “Visual hallucinations in dementia with Lewy bodies: a combined TMS/EEG study”, was selected for a Scientific Fellowship promoted by the European Federation of Neurological Societies (EFNS). From May 2013 to October 2018 he worked as Consultant Neurologist at the “Oasi Research Institute – IRCCS” in Troina (Italy), which is a Collaborating Center of the World Health Organization (WHO) for research and training in neurosciences. From 2015 to 2018, he taught neurology at the “Kore” University of Enna (Italy).
