Gaurav Kumar

I am a researcher presently working on the Sustainable Development of Mountain Areas at the Unimont, University of Milan. My research comprises the application of Remote Sensing Technologies to monitor Wetland Ecosystems, implementation of Wetland conservation policies and conducting Climate Vulnerability Assessments. I formerly worked at the Department of Wildlife Protection in Leh, Ladakh where I studied the alpine flora in high-altitude remote mountain sites of Ladakh.
