Early career researcher and clinical psychology interested in improving the physical and mental health outcomes of people with severe mental illness. My current work focuses on cognitive therapy to improve functional outcomes of individuals with schizophrenia as well as the use of behaviour change techniques to assist with self-management strategies for people with severe mental illness.
