Filipa R. Pinto is currently a post-doctoral researcher at Cetemares - Centro I&D (MARE-IPLeiria) as an integrated member of MARE (Centro de Ciencias do Mar e do Ambiente). She is part of the project "VALOREJECT- Development of marine food products with added value and development of strategies for shelflife extension of fresh fish preparations".
