Enrico Ferrero earned his PhD in Geophysics in 1993, then he became an Assistant Professor at the University of Piemonte Orientale (Italy) and in 2006, Associate Professor. Since 2021 he is Full Professor of Oceanography and Atmospheric Physics. He is a Research Collaborator at the Institute for the Sciences of Atmosphere and Climate of the National Research Council (CNR, Italy). His main research fields are: atmospheric physics, planetary boundary layer meteorology, turbulence, atmospheric dispersion modelling, physical and numerical models. He is the author of more than 70 papers published on international journals and 40 in conference proceedings.
