Felix Hensling

My general interest is the epitaxial growth of oxide thin films. I have significant experience with pulsed laser deposition and molecular beam epitaxy but am also familiar with other deposition techniques. Two of my main interests in this field are the purposeful inducing of defects in the nearly defect free films and the resulting unraveling of structure property relationships; and the creation of high-quality oxide interfaces to unveil their unusual physical properties.
