Fayçal Djeffal

Fayçal Djeffal (SM’13) received the State degree in electronics, the M.Sc. degree in electronics, the Ph.D. degree in electronics, and the Habilitation degree from the University of Batna, Batna, Algeria, in 1998, 2002, 2006, and 2007, respectively. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Electronics, Faculty of Technology, University of Batna 2. He has authored over 180 journal articles and conference proceeding articles, eight chapters book, and five books. His research interests include the application of computational intelligence to engineering and computer science, photovoltaic devices, nano- and microelectronic modeling, sensors, soft-computing-based modeling, experimental elaboration, and software design (PSPICE and Cadence). He has received several awards for his works in the field of solid state electronics.
